There is a medi dental pack for using in the mouth. The formula is a bit different.

Anyway, I would recommend caution with this. I would not do more than 1 medi dental pack a week. When I have done one on my wisdom tooth or root canal sites I have had headaches and sinus drainage for the next 2-3 days.
