which cleanse is best?

I am rather new to this. I did my first bowel/colon clease about 2 months ago, and feel better than ever! I have now talked my husband into doing one too.

I think he may have a parasite. He had 6 pack abs about 2 years ago, but now has a pot belly (but he is not at all fat--he is 5'11" and 155 lbs.), eats a LOT, and I don't know if this is relevant, but he radiates a LOT of HEAT at night (so much that I have to turn off the heat and open a window in 20 degree weather!). Does it sound like he has a parasite? I think he should do a parasite cleanse in addition to the bowel cleans; and so I think I should probably do a parasite cleanse too from what I have read. Should he do both cleanses at the same time, or should he do the Bowel Cleanse first, and then have both of us do the parasite cleanse together? Do we need to do anything for our 2 cats? (If it is possible that my cats have a parasite to pass back to us) They are STRICTLY indoor cats, I don't know if it is possible for them to have gotten a parasite? Would I go to the vet for a parasite cleanse for my two cats?

I have seen SO MANY products out there...WHICH PARASITE CLEANSE IS BEST??? I want something that will work; but I do not have the extra money to spend and arm and a leg. I need a product that will work (not be a waste of money) but not break the bank...I need a product that will give me the most "bang for the buck". PLEASE...I really need some help!!! Thanks so much!
