Red swollen itchy eys - help!

I have never had any allergies in my life. But just last week the area under one of my eye became rosy and very itchy. Next day it spread to upper part of the eye. Then it became even worse - each morning my eyes get swollen, very itchy under lower eyelashes - I just don't know what to do. My doctor is absolutely useless, please someone advice what I should do. Is it allergy or somerthing else?

FYI I have done 5 liver flushes,but it doesn't seem to be a solution to my eyes problem.
