Thank you linkin. I shall no doubt use this page as a point of reference in future. It also contains a rather intriguing statement pertaining to garlic:
"Some may not be able to detoxify allicin and other sulphur-containing components effectively; but generally, garlic is the best and cheapest means of ridding any infection." - Original quote edited somewhat for the benefit of coherence!
Perhaps this explains the toxicity Bob Beck spoke of: an inability to detoxify, resulting in sluggish reaction time and brain fog...and, if eaten in excess, potential poisoning!
