Parasite cleanse/liver cleanse-start back or wait?

I was doing a bowel cleanse, parasite cleanse, and paused to do a liver flush. I was REALLY hoping to see some parasites, but sadly, no parasites. Anyway, I just wondered if I should get back on the parasite/bowel cleansing right away, or take a break. Any suggestions? My kidney areas seems tender, and I'm feeling a little 'drained' right now, but maybe that's the best time to hit the parasites.
