Thanks. I keep hoping to see a parasite, or to feel better--something to keep me going. I've read some people never see a parasite. So how will I know when they are gone? To be honest, my back, where my kidneys are, hurts. I'm not sure if that is good or bad. I guess I'm insecure because I'm not doing any particular program--I've just read the boards here for a couple weeks, assembled some stuff(physillium and parasite herbs) and am 'going for it'.
Would a salt water flush be appropriate during this time or counter productive?
Glad there are people here to 'talk' with.
