I Alison, how strange to see you and Anne back at this time. How is your health doing? I remember just about two years ago when you had a massive parasite exodus, and poor Anne was suffering trying to determine exactly what foods she could eat. I say strange because I feel like I am starting over again in some ways. An injury that should have been mild has resulted in my spine becoming more compressed with massive nerve inflammation and excruciating pain. I had let my diet slip way too much, have had tremendous job stress and financial problems. It is time to get serious and take control again. I started with a Liver Flush and then began an ozenated mag.oxide bowel cleanse. I already have my supply of Parastroy and Imflamase for a parasite cleanse once I get cleaned out.
I have no advice, just best wishes for two old friends I remember from past cleanses.

By the way-I was at the doctor's today and I got the best advice I've ever received from any doctor; he said "Eat and rest". How cool is that? But when I mentioned craving a chocolate milkshake from Sonic he revised his advice to eat healthy. Tweet
