What's your diet like? I'm on day 4 and I haven't gone since day 2. I was on The Master Cleanse but I ran out of lemons and maple syrup so I was going to try the parasite cleanse only with a healthy diet. Also what parasite cleanse are you using? I am using Pargone and nothing is happening yet either.
