I can't be the only one who can't even detect the Epsom Salt in lemon juice, right?.
The nastiest thing for me is, by far, the psyllium fiber powder. All those loose particles in liquid, ugh. It's like drinking dirt. I hate it. I'm definitely switching to capsules after I finish my tub of powder.
Actually, drinking H202 drops was worse. I gave that up after about two weeks. Fasting for two weeks is better than taking one glass of water with that junk in it. I'm getting sick to my stomach just thinking about it. Strongest recommendation to avoid!
