Is Dr Clark's parasite cleanse safe?

I want to do a parasite cleanse because I don't get much stones passed from my Gall Bladder when I do GB flush. However, I am not sure whether I have any worms. If I do Dr Clark's 14 days cleanse with Black-Walnut Hull, Wormwood and Cloves etc. it wouldn't do any harm, would I??
