About the 35% hydrogen peroxide I used 2 droppers abou 40 drops to the 2 litter douch bag.I would like to add after a good cleanse put the good bactieria back yogart,liquid acidolfalis,even a capsle or two in a cup of water and retain in the end to bring good bacteria to large intestine.
