I suffer from occasional leg pains, especially at nite. Taking potassium helps alot. Offtimes, almost immediately. I think during cleansing, we lose alot of minerals and fluids. I haven't tried any of those new sports drinks, but might in the future. If I'm having severe leg or body pains, vomiting, or diarrhea, I take one 500mgs of potassium an hour for three hours while sipping (not drinking large amounts, gradual intake) of water. 500mgs a day for few days after.
