Don't give up!

I know my case is not typical at all. I just have a LOT of junk in me. I definitely say you should use an enema. I started a Bowel Cleanse last year, just psyllium, and didn't pass anything odd until I used an enema - then I started passing mucoid plaque. I gave up after a few days because I stopped seeing results, but I wish I would have stuck with it, back then.

My husband started Paragone with me on Saturday, and P/B shakes as well. I don't think he's seen anything yet - but again, that's normal!

The plan I made has us finishing the Paragone (we're both doing full strength, no easing into it), then a liver flush. Then - is it Colon Blow? - I just saw this new (?) intense Bowel Cleanse on this forum. Then another liver flush. Then a 7-day juice fast including liver/other cleanses. Then repeat the whole cycle. Squeaky CLEAN.

My plan is pretty extreme, and I'm likely to change it as I learn more.. but I'm having huge results and want to ride this all the way out. I'm really looking forward to the liver flush. I have a chain of endocrine diseases that I believe !!! will get significantly better (if not completely eradicated!) by cleansing my whole system.
