im not sure if i am or not. i don't consume coconut oil at all. what other foods could i eat to get more good saturated fats into my body? i have digestive enzyme capsules and they have papaya in them that i take when i eat a large amt of protein, is that the type of enzymes you are talking about? i do eat alot of fruits and fruit juices. could it be that my body is too acidic? my bum is itchy on and off almost every day for the past, oh, 6 months or so.....it's been a while and i'm not consuming anything that i normally don't eat in a day.
