Parasites on the inside of my mouth.....?

I've had this lump on the inside of my mouth (chin) for about 5 years now, at first it was itching but after that it just looked like a lump of flesh. It kind of looks like a mole....Now, the past days I've had sore"skin" inside of mouth and at first I thought I had a wisdom tooth coming. But now as I loooked in the mirror, they are little blister-looking things. Could these be parasites? Tweet
