I appreciate your response to my question and concern for my safety. I am however confused. I understand the fact that perhaps I should not do a liver cleanse while on the Ultimate fast now, but what it seems you are saying is not to do the Ultimate fast at all only the Master Cleanse? The Ultimate fast is recommended here on cure zone by some of the Hosts. I have read Pepe's post why not to Liver cleanse and I am thankful that there are people on this site like yourself who watch out for the safety of others, like myself who don't always make the right decisions. I praise you, but at the same time am trying to learn and understand. I need more info why not the Ultimate fast as suggested by Dr.Bernard Jenson and others? Your help is greatly appreciated. I have added a link to the Ultimate Fast that I have found and was planning on following. I have done he Master-Cleanse in the past.
