I used para-protect from country life. I like the ingredient list the best and had a good potency. I found it at iherb.com for $11 something a bottle. the health food store had it for $20 a bottle. and I always do 2 mo at a time. and when you order $20 worth of product at a time from iherb you get free shipping. YAAAHH! I like to start my cleanse 5 days before the full moon because they are more active around that time. and I take my pills 30 min before a meal so the suckers get that before they can get my dinner (yuck) I go 2 mo straight taking two pills a day. I don't follow the directions on the bottle thats going to easy on the dirty suckers. Good luck you'll have to let us know how you do.
