I don't stay away from all sugar, try to limit it, but am not that strick about it...
I have honey in my tea (gotta have my tea), sometimes I'll stay with just plain green tea... I rarely drink coffee, but occassionally I'll have a mocha latte...:)
And sometimes I "cheat" as in tiramisu, or some such thing...
And I make apple sauce, often every day (puree green and other apples). But apples and pineapples are about all the fruit I've been having (staying away from tropical fruits I usually love, sooo much sugar).
Myrrh: I take it in tincture form, alcohol based.
At first I was using 7 drops 2 or 3 X daily. Once, in the AM, with a bit of water.
Also, each time I had my P&B shake, after putting the P&B in water, I'd shake it up and put 7-10 drops of myrrh in it.
Then I'd follow with some water, often I'd take my cayenne, ACV and molasses drink.
After about 2 weeks, I switch to other things; like Grapefruit Seed Extract, Asefetida, Garlic tinctures :)
I realize it may seems excessive, but, hey... It's War....
Are you having problems with tapeworm, and flukes, etc?
I don't know anything about the Clarkia for Tapeworm dose, but
if I find out, I'll let you know...
The only thing about Tapeworm I read is that eating nothing but fresh pinnapple for 3 days kills it (the enzymes in pinaapple).
