Yes, I wasn't sure where to post about what came out, so I posted it here. I am so glad to get that out. This week has had its ups and downs. I go from feeling great to feeling lousy. I am sure it is the cleanse doing its thing. I am only 2 1/2 weeks into a 60 day cleanse. So I am sure I will expel much more in the weeks to come.

I will keep everyone posted if I see anything else unusual.
