hi guys. i am doing The Master Cleanse right now just on day two!! and was planning on going for 10-14, now I am interested in the Liver Flush which brought me to the parasite cleanse and wow, amazing how involved this all is. thanks for your messages. i am really frightened but know it is sooo good for me.

my question:
what is the best way to transition from the Master-Cleanse to the parasite cleanse. is that what you did?? are you planning a Liver Flush too?
I have never done either and just need some help.
