Re: food that parasites hate

I've never used Clarkia since I am very sensitive to alcohol. I don't think all the movement we feel from time to time is from worms. Some of the anti- parasite formulas stimulate the digestive system, some of what you are feeling my be natural peristalsis.
Its easy to envision our bodies writhing with all kinds of worms, but most parasites are limited in the areas they can invest without causing very obvious and serious symptoms.
As far as the pumpkin seeds go, I buy raw, hulled seeds. I get mine at a little bulk foods store that features healthy foods used by Amish and Mennonite people. Hopefully you can find some somewhere, they make a great healthy snack as well as having anti- parasite qualities.
I get frustrated going through the achieves too, but they contain a wealth of information. Using the search is the best way I know to find specific answers, but it can be very slow.
