oh please tell me this is all in my head!!!!

i found two very small 1 inch long dark pink/charcoal gray worms in my bm today and boy was i shocked! i have been putting off doing the parasite cleanse for a while now because i'm so nervous about it (have the Clarkia cleanse in house, just sitting there)

1. has anyone ever noticed twitching in various spots in their body........like muscle twitches before they went on the cleanse? are these worms i am feeling???

2. i'm really gassy and can't tell if what i am feeling is worms or gas bubbles. has anyone actually felt the worms moving around inside them?

3. just how bad is the die-off?

4. could i start with only half the recommended dosage and work my way up.......just in case my body rejects the stuff??

I am so scared to do this, but after seeing those little worms, i have to be strong. i'm shaking so bad right now.......... Tweet
