Does he swollow the clove whole? I've got some in the cupboard!
Question: Once you see the green "root" in a clove is it no longer good? I've just removed it in the past after I've flattened the clove with the side of a knife.
What is the best way to store fresh garlic and when is it time to toss?
I've refrained from buying garlic minced in jars. Remember hearing long ago something bad about it???
Oh and what if the test results show no parasites? Is it reliable? What would my next step be?
