parasites! help

so lately i've seen these worm looking things in my stool, and i read up on them, noticeing that they can cause acute pain once and awhile. for the last three years once a month or so i get these horrific pains in my abdominal area, that are crippling, and have sent me to the hospital twice. (just recently too..they did tons of tests couldn't find anything..)

i was wondering if anyone else has experienced this..and if you have how maybe i can help the pain (in process of getting treatment, but would like suggestions on that as well :) ) cuz its seemingly like i get the pain often now..
