Oxypowder questions...

Hello,
I just recieved my first bottle of Oxypowder bowel cleanse. I need to know all the basics. I am starting to cleanse from start to finish and i want to do it right this time. I have Acne and i need to know what i should be taking along with this cleanse to lessen the cleansing reaction, more acne. Maybe a blood purifier? Any suggestions i would truly appreciate.
