I have been taking Dr. Natura fiber for several months and switched to P&B shakes in the morning. I am not having many bm's with the P&B shakes as I was with the other fiber. With Dr. Natura I was going atleast 1 time a day and normally 2, sometimes 3 times a day. I have been taking the P&B shakes for 5 days now and I am only going once a day and one day I didn't have to go at all. I decided to switch back to the Dr. Natura this morning as I am seeing good results with that.
This is how I am preparing my shakes....1 tbsp ground flaxseed and 1 tbsp liquid Bentonite clay. About 4-8 oz. of water....mix and drink, followed by another 4-8 oz of water. Am I doing something wrong?
