I've been doing the cayenne cleanse for a week now. I am a believer! I'm up to a half teaspoon twice a day. I was not constipated before and was very regular, but now I'm eliminating about twice as much (quantitywise) and have been for the whole week. How can that be? Where was it going before?
Now I'm wondering how long to continue this cleanse. Do you use this as a periodic cleanse or an ongoing thing?
One thing I really like about this (as opposed to the Oxypowder or other magnesium cleansers) is that the bms are not explosive, gassy and noisy. It just gives you a normal bm, just an amazing amount of it. This is a great advantage if you have to work or live in close quarters with others.
