I took cayenne twice today with great results. I only took a little bit but it worked good and it worked fast.
Questions for you if you don't mind:
is it eliminating yesterday's waste or the food I took it with today? The bm was red so I'm thinking it dyed the lunch I ate it with today? (Or maybe my innards are bleeding, lol.)
Do you think it's better to eat it with meals or by itself?
Caution to anybody else who may try this:
If you aren't used to eating cayenne START SMALL. I only used two shakes from a grocery store cayenne spice that expired last year. This stuff is POTENT! I imagine too much would burn coming out too. The second dose gave me a very mild bellyache which was relieved by a large bm, but I was glad I only took a small amount.
Bottom line is, this works! I'm gonna do it again tomorrow. Thanks a million finallyfaith for posting your experience with it!
