Re: Have any of you tried Colonix?

I have used Dr. Natura's colonix cleanse. I did the 3 month cleanse and did see a lot of weird looking stuff come out of me....worms (even some came out in my urine), parasites, clay, a lot of instestinal junk and dark black liver looking things. I did it because I have been having Acne problems for over a year and I am trying to cleanse my body. It improved my Acne by about 50% maybe more. I am breaking out less and my breakouts are less inflammed and heal faster. Some pimples that are coming don't even surface...they just go away. My nails and hair are a lot stronger and healthier.

One thing to watch out for. On my 2nd month I began playing with the dosages...an extra scoop of fibre, steeping the tea longer. after a few weeks of doing this I actually started to get more constipated. My body was not taking well to the changes and when I went back down to the normal dosages I evened out. Don't worry about the tea...I did not find it addicting at all. I am still taking the fiber in the morning and am going about twice sometimes 3 times a day. Hope this helps. Tweet
