I suggest that you consider cleansing enemas and a Colema board
I am a firm believer that
colonic irrigation and cleansing enemas offer the safest, most natural, and most effective means of cleansing our colons. Given that you are breastfeeding, gentle saline solution enemas are probably the best choice for you at this time, and
colonics are quite popular with women after giving birth to help get back in shape.
For more information about how to go about giving yourself an enema, see:

It sounds like you are fortunate to have a husband who is supportive of the cleansing philosophy, and if he is willing, it's much easier to receive an enema with someone else holding the bag than doing it by yourself. In this case you can have a very comfortable enema in the Sims position on the bed with a pad or folded bath towels under your bottom, as shown below:
However, if you and your husband both start taking enemas, you should each have your own personal enema bags. Buy different brands or colors so you can tell them apart.
And kids can benefit from gentle cleansing enemas too if they are given in a calm and loving manner.
But with a young family like you have, and being supportive of the cleansing philosophy, you might want to think about purchasing a home
colonic system like a Colema board, or one of the other higher priced professional home units that the entire family can use.
Best wishes, Valerie
