Re: Making Bentonite Liquid - Help Please!
take a couple of tablespoons of dry
Bentonite and put in a sterilized jar with a tight fitting lid. Add about 1/2 cup water and shake very well, shake this several times a day for 1-3 days. When the
Bentonite has taken up the water and formed what is called a colloidal suspension it will probably look like thick mud. Add enough water to make the suspension the consistency you prefer. Shake it well every day. Use about one tablespoon of this diluted suspension for every dose. You can adjust the amounts of clay and water to suit your needs.
Bentonite does not really dissolve in water it combines with it to form a colloidal suspension, its really useless to just stir it into liquid. This suspension of clay and water will attract toxins and hold them in suspension until eliminated. Do not take too much clay, it will tend to bind to the colon wall and cause even worse constipation. More is not better, generally, less will prove to be more. There really is not a whole lot of bentonite in the liquids, I don't know why they cost so much.
