Re: Colonix day 22 (info for newbies)

I did colonix for 60 days and saw little too. However, I kept taking the fiber drink and now 5 months later, I have been passing long things of mucoid plaque (old fecal material). I have been passing it for a month now almost every day. One day, I passed one that was 1 and 1/2 feet long. So, stick with it. Sometimes that stuff is so caked on the colon wall that you have to be diligent. I can't believe it is coming out of my body, gross!! Tweet
