I mentioned this before, but I'm a non-water drinker. And I mean, like, seriously. My family -- we just don't drink water. Find it really hard to do. (And yet, we still live into our 80s and 90s.) So when I started on Colonix, I went from 0 glasses of water per day to about 8. And it felt like my kidneys hurt. Well, after 35 years of not drinking much, let alone water, during the day, I guess that was to be expected. So I dropped back to about 6 glasses and was fine. And now I vary between 6 and even up to 10, and now I'm okay even when I drink the 8 or more. It just took my body, which wasn't used to processing all that, a bit to get adjusted. I gave my innards a workout -- revved up too quick! It's just like running 5 miles without stretching first. Er, I would imagine. Not that I'd know.
