This will probably sound kind of weird, but actually I think you should stick to the 4-6 minute time frame (after you build up to it). For me, anyhow, there were a couple of days where I forgot (mental acuity and memory are other things I hope to fix) about the tea and it steeped for 10 -- once even 15 -- minutes. The result on the mornings following those evenings was...nothing. Not some super cramp and movement, just...nothing. So I think you can oversteep the tea and diminish/elide efficacy. Well, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
On a related note, I'm wondering...I still have pretty much one movement per day, in the morning, obviously a result of the Kleritea. I'm a little worried that, well, it's just the tea. You can't stay on the tea forever. Do your own natural impulses kick in later? I guess I'm wondering what happens when I go off the Kleritea, and whether I'll revert. Right now I'm on Day 17 of Colonix.
