Re: SHARP pains in abdomin!!??

It's not unusual at all to have assorted twinges and pains when starting to move around pounds of build-up of fecal matter in your colon. However, you sound like these pains may seem a bit stronger than average (or they may be average, but since you've never experienced them, they're alarming to you).

Examine the type of pain: sharp/cutting? dull? throbbing? brief stabs? long/cramping?
...the only type of pains that would concern me would be sharp/cutting/stabbing type pains, and even then, I would 'think on it harder' before I was alarmed. Deep build-up of mucoid plaque can be very hard & rubbery, and so it's only logical that there's be a bit of discomfort as you increased the squeezing action of your colon by taking senna tea.

My first inclination is that you've got a lot of stuff moving around in there, and that you're starting to see some 'results' of the senna tea and your good diet.

If you're not seeing any blood, I would definitely 'stay the course' or 'step up' the course. Whenever I start a cleanse of ANY type, my body KNOWS what we're getting ready to do. (I'm doing a Liver Flush later this evening, and my liver's been babbling & bubbling around for two days). If you've got things movin' along and stirred up, I think now would be great time to start whatever bowel protocol you were planning on starting eventually.
