I agree!! I was so worried about becoming dependent on the herbal laxative product (yes, even herbs can be dependency-causing), that after I stopped them, wasn't sure what to do. Waited 4-5 days, and then all by myself, had movement. Trick is to get through those 4-5 days - and here, I believe that plain water enemas, with a teeny tiny bit salt in the water to make the liquid more closely match body fluid sodium levels, will not slow down bowel training. I did a few enemas those 4-5 days, and after the 5th day, was having more regularity on my own, without any intake of helper products, than I had been before starting the laxative herb program. BUT DON'T STAY ON THE LAXATIVE HERBS FOR MONTHS WITHOUT A BREAK! take a break every few weeks if you feel that you need to go for months, don't wait for months before that break!
