Yes!

Never! Okay sometimes it just seems that way. I have been fighting for more than a decade to regain my health. I do feel better than I did a decade ago, but I have a long way to go. As far as the P&B shakes I don't see a lot of difference yet, but I did notice a considerable difference in reduced fatigue during a 40-day juice fast. Sometimes I wish I could just live on juice so I don't have to feel so crappy much of the time. :-(

That's seems impossible! The first half of the decade it was IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight, but only to continuously gain it! The second half it became possible and my weight has fluctuated so much that my stomach is totally shot!
