Unyquity's response to the post was helpful, it's a very good explanation. When I was taking the kleritea, my BM's were healthier, although sometimes it felt like I really had to go-which was probably from letting it seep too long. If I missed a night, I wouldn't go as I usually do in the morning but later at night, and it would be dark and hard. (although some days I wouldn't drink as much water as I should and w/fiber can cause constipation) This would only be after the first day and my BMs would go back to healthy after my body got used to not having the senna to help. In my case, I know the senna wasn't bad for the two months and my body is back to normal. I think there might be concern with senna if there a problems w/the colon. i.e. since on colonix my sister has realized she has a problem w/her colon (still has to get checked) because she has been experiencing excessive bleeding. she stopped taking the senna one night and the next day there was no blood. This is just an observation that I thought I might share with you because of your concern.
