When BMs are too slow - REDUCE psyllium intake, is another veiw on this


I have read that when having recently incorporated psyllium into your protocol (and part of the colonix system is a psyllium product), if you suddenly have less bowel movements, then your intake of psyllum is too much. Several people posting about PandB shakes (Psyllium and Bentonite, another version of a psyllium mixture) often say NOT to increase the psyllium intake unless the current amount of psyllium intake is producing several movements per day.
