Be very careful. Although these two products have helped many people, some people posting on Curezone actually WERE WORSE after completing an Oxypowder program than they were before using it - and the trend that I'm noticing is that for those people, if they then tried IF1 as the next procedure, those people who got worse after Oxypowder got even worse after doing the IF1 than they were before beginning the IF1. Granted, this is only a few people that I've managed to find posts on, who reported back their experiences after each of these two products.
NEW: ADDITIONAL INFO - possible that only staying on each product for a short time, observing to see if you are losing ground or EVEN just at a plateau with it, and immediately stopping it then, may prevent it from causing a worsening of problems. Since I wrote this post, have done further reading and such, and felt it important to add this note to my original post.
Here is a quote from someone, that had first caused me to write this post:
"I have suffered through bouts of constipation for quite sometime. BUT, since going off of IF #1 last year, I have been completely screwed up. I have NO muscle tone, NO peristalsis, and cannot go to the bathroom now without a laxative. It is horrible." And this same person, in another post, said: "took Dr. Schultz’s IF#1 for a month last year, and haven't been right since. I always had some constipations problems before that, but sine coming off of this formula, severe constipation has been a miserable problem for me. When I came off the formula, everything stopped, literally. I had lost all my muscle tone, and my bowels had become completely laxative dependant and it has been an ongoing miserable battle for me for a year now. I do not take anything with stimulants now, but for relief when I just need to have it, I have colonics"
Maybe an answer is to always add psyllium in as quickly as possible when using stimulant laxatives like IF1, to try to get out the placque and improve function? Going to a Liver Flush is not wise while the bowels are clogged up. Other helpers, although they have not helped me personally, could be Ox Bile (also called Bile Salts), or triphala. Epsom Salts are not addictive.
