Re: Had my 2nd Colonic

Hi, can I ask what type of colonic system your therapist is using? Is it an open gravity flow or Libbe system, or is it the closed pressurized type?

Did she apply abdominal massage to help distribute the water throughout your colon and break up pockets of waste matter?

It's not a bad idea to limit your food intake the evening before a colonic appointment, and especially on the day of your treatment. For people coming in for a morning appointment I suggest a light breakfast with juice, and perhaps toast or some fruit, but nothing heavy like bacon, eggs, or even pancakes.

If you schedule your appointment during your lunch hour, I suggest deferring lunch until afterwards, and if your appointment is later in the day after work, plan on a light dinner that evening after your session.

Some people even take an enema the night before in order to empty the lower bowel of waste, so as to maximize the cleansing capability of the colonic in the upper colon the next day, although unless you are somewhat constipated at the time, this is probabably not necessary, but it certainly can't hurt.

As you continue your personal cleansing program you will find what works best for you. You are off to a good start, I encourage you to keep it up.

Sincerely, and with best wishes for your natural health, Valerie
