Re: Pregnancy & Bowel Cleansing

Hi, I suggest unsweetened 100% natural prune juice and Welches Concord grape juice to help get your bowels stimulated, also fruits like peaches, apples, and bananas out of hand, along with melons and the like. Various types of hot tea also work for some people, especially first thing in the morning.

It's extremely important to the well being of your developing child that your bowels move regularly during your pregnancy.

An enema doesn't have to be messy or gross. If administered properly it can be the opposite, along with being relaxing, and for the most part, not uncomfortable.

Many people have come to look forward to an enema to relieve discomfort from constipation, as well as stress from job, personal, or other life pressures. There is no need for the procedure to be messy if you plan it in advance and follow some simple guidelines on how to proceed. Princess Diana took enemas regularly for health and beauty. She claimed that they helped her relax and keep her skin healthy and glowing.

Here are 2 links with instructions on how to give yourself a safe, effective and thorough enema without undue discomfort or messiness:

Best wishes for a healthy and comfortable pregnancy,

Valerie
