When I go to the gym, I sweat so much - my clothes are drenched. On gym days, 3L is used. I can remember days when I drank no water whatsoever ;-/ I guess it is hard for me to believe that after 1L (or rather 1.5L) of water each day, the ankles still swell. I will increase the water intake. I was working on staying on the South Beach diet (level 2) and it said not to do watermelon. I guess that is out the door.
