I have been doing the following:
exercising -> 40 minutes cardio 20 minutes weights 3 days per week
I have been doing this for 3 weeks (After the exercising, I sit
in the sauna for 10 minutes)
drinking 1 L per day every day but 2 L on exercise days
eating fish often (mostly salmon)
tried the Colonix - that got good results for me 2 months ago but not anything
did colemas once per month - the last one was 3 weeks ago
took the yogurt with probiotics daily
sometimes took vitamins
Bought so many things for the health and yet my ankles still swell and I still have not lost any weight. I am 39 years old and wonder if I can ever be healthy enough so that my ankles won't swell and I can loose weight. I know that it has been a little less than a month but I have been doing the colemas for about a year. At this moment, I am very much constipated.
What more can I do? I wish so much to be healthy.
