I’m currently on day 19 of the MC. From day 3 to 17 I was taking pb shakes and passing lots of mp. After passing mp for about a week my bowels started hurting. I think it might have been when the plaque was dislodged from me. Has anyone else experienced this pain? It feels like the mp is rooted in me.
