I am in my second last day of the Blessed Herbs fast

and at the risk of grossing everybody out, does anybody know what would be in sacs about 4 or 5" in diameter? I tried to break one open with a paint stick but it was too flexible, it wouldn't break. And I wasn't sure I wanted to see, anyway. Has anybody else seen these? Tweet
