Bought first bottle of Oxy and decided to start slow. 1 the first day, 2 the
second and 3 on the third. That's as far as I got. Became so constipated.
Felt the urge to go, but volume was real small. Could tell there was oxygen
in there up to 4 days after stopped taking it. Anyone experience anything
as this? Was wondering if adding fiber might help.
Came across a fiber product had not heard of before, made with Acacia powder.
Any experiences with this?
