I know, something tells me I haven't given it much of a chance after just 5 days. However, i don't know. To be honest, the mornings on the cleanse seem to be the most difficult. Yeah, i have a juicer and juice my own drinks. When it came to mixing the fibre drink, the started to thinken before i even had a chance to drink it! it was going think when i was stirring it in. no, i wasn't slow in the whole process. i think today, when i find a lot of the fibre substance clinging to the side of the glass, I thought, oh, I've had enough now. What with the loose diarhea like stools in the mornings. That put me off as I didnt' know whether i could go out in the monrnings. The rest of the day was fine toilet wise though. i go to the gym in the mornings and I quite honestly saw myself missing gym a lot if this kept up. The only sugery things I'd miss on the cleanse is my flapjacks. I gave in and two today (not all in one go though, lol). I'd miss alcohol at some stage I bet. I don't know. i think I would probably get back on track and give it another go if the process of preparing the fibre drink didn't put me. That stuff, find goes solid just a little too quick. I can't be sure the measure I take is even going in. I'm just wondering whether I've taken on too much at this time. I don't know what to do really.

Selling, or returning the packs is the only thing I can think of doing. Not sure what their policy is on returns for foreign customers (I'm from England) but, it's a possibility.

I can only say to anyone interested that, the result/experiences you get might well be different to mine. They are all bad really, just the morning toileting diahrea trouble I didn't much like and preparing the fibre soluntion. The whole get the juicing done in 15-20 minutes after taking the paranil caps.

It works though, gotta admit. Had a bit of cheese (from the supermarket) in my granery salad roll and the cheese tasted so salty! It wasn't nice, lol.

Well, I'll still give it some thought before I hear from anyone interested and while I'm looking into returning the packs. I don't know, I feel like a fool really, lol. Tweet
