well, this is day one and I've had a bm 4 times already, lol. i did mess up on the colonix fibre solution. i didn't quite get all the of half cup of fibre in. some of it seemed to have stuck to the measuring cup. HOwever, i must have managed to get some fibre down me as, it seems be working. :)
