Re: Colonix for me/warm water?

Hi again, thanx for the advice Im getting here! Wow! I didn't know margerine was such a synthetic product! All this time we've been told Margerine was the healthy alternative with all its so called vegatable oil properties. I've a complete butter snob all this time. For years I've turned my nose up at butter in favour of marg. Well, from what you've all told me, that's changed now. i don't feel quite some comfortable using margerine now. I've got myself some nice organic butter from the supermarket. hmmm... i'm looking forward to using butter again, it's been a long time.

From what I've learnt here, I get the feeling I might be obcessing over the food issue with colonix too much. I've been worried about that before and, even eating out! Meaning, whether I'd be able to even do that during the two month cleanse. I've been invited to several parties over these two months already, lol!

OK, over to the question titled here.

When any of you say, to use warm water, does that mean i should boil my water first, the drink once it's cooled, or just don't put any or water in the fridge first and then drink it. I don't like chilled water that much to be honest really. I prefer it room temperature, even in the summer.

Just wondered about that.

thanx again :)

Justin
